사범대 출신 아동가족학 석박사 연구진이 아이, 부모, 교사를 위한 사회정서발달 구조를 연구, 설계합니다.
아이의 감정은 가르칠수록 닫히고,
안전할수록 드러납니다.
감정은 설명으로 배우는 대상이 아니라
안전한 관계 안에서 연습되는 능력입니다.
공감아이는 아이의 감정을 바꾸려 하지 않습니다.
아이의 감정이 말로 드러나도 괜찮고, 틀려도 괜찮고,
시간이 걸려도 괜찮은 환경을 먼저 만듭니다.
그래서 공감아이는 감정을 다루는 구조를 설계합니다.
부모가 덜 애써도 실행되는 흐름을 만듭니다.
가정과 교실에서 이어지는 일상루틴을 제공합니다.
